Honestly. No other cookie compares. Many in Orlando try to duplicate but none could ever even come close to the magic that Ash & Izzy have created. And NOW they finally have a brick and mortar store? Gym memberships across Orlando are going to increase big time with this. Seriously- get every cookie.

Fantastic cookies that I always make sure to get multiple times when I visit from New Hampshire. Also have them shipped to NH as to split and enjoy with my significant other as a perfect dessert. So many unique fun flavors. Even better is the owners’ passion, friendliness, and customer service. Such great people - the kind this world needs more of.

They have a special way of making their cookies stand out in a unique way and is so good, it’s hard to share with others. Highly recommend giving them a try, trust me, you’ll be back for more.
Amazing all around! I have followed Phat Ash since they were doing pop ups at farmers markets and I am so happy they have their own store front now! The owners are so sweet and genuine, they’re always good vibes! The cookies don’t miss and the flavors are always so creative and delicious. Definitely some of the best cookies in Orlando!

If you’re looking for a standard cookie, look elsewhere. Phat Ash Bakes is in a league of its own. I tried the box with all the cookies they had for that day in their small portion sizes and the flavor profiles are incredible not just sugar, but actual depth. They are perfectly crisp on the edges and basically molten in the middle. Truly a top-tier treat.
